Armenia to issue eurobonds for first time
The Armenian government has approved signature of agreements with a number of companies which will act as underwriters of the first emission of eurobonds.
According to the project submitted to Finance Minister David Sargsyan, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC Bank plc and J.P.Morgan Securities plc are among the underwriters.
The government approved the concept of issuing eurobonds in May, with the first emission to total $500mln with 10 years of circulation term.
