Bidzina Ivanishvili says Georgian side will sue the Russian "MTS"
Bidzina Ivanishvili received information from the Polish journalists that the Russian cellular communications network "MTS” is enabled 200 meters from the South Ossetia de-facto border and the network operator informs about approaching the territory of Russia. Georgia’s Prime Minister said at a press-conference answering a Swedish journalist’s question related to the barbed wire border fence issue.
"I wrote it down, the Polish journalist gave us an interview, we will sue "MTS", we warn this company in advance that we’ll sue them.
This is outrageous and I will use the situation and call on the Russian government to refrain from such misunderstandings. I do not know whether it is agreed with the government or not but it is a Russian company and we took photos, interviewed Polish journalists and we’ll have a strict reaction to this and will demand the government’s response that it is not the territory of Russia , it’s Georgian territory and accidentally this barbed wire is a result of misunderstanding... " – Ivanishvili said.
