In June 2021, the average duration of artificial delays of vessels going from the Black Sea to the Ukrainian ports on the Sea of Azov, Mariupol and Berdiansk, by the RF was 13.5 hours, vessels carrying exports from Mariupol and Berdiansk were delayed at the exit from the Sea of Azov by the Russian Federation for an average of 21.7 hours.

Summarising the statistics, calculations, and estimates outlined above, we can conclude that during the years of the occupation, the population of the peninsula, including Sevastopol, has increased by at least 700 thousand – 1 million people due to external migration. The de facto population of the Crimean Peninsula is at least 3 million people compared with 2,3 million people before the occupation...

In May 2021, the average duration of artificial delays of vessels going from the Black Sea to the Ukrainian ports on the Sea of Azov, Mariupol and Berdiansk, by the RF was 15.4 hours, vessels carrying exports from Mariupol and Berdiansk were delayed at the exit from the Sea of Azov by the Russian Federation for an average of 28.3 hours.

In April 2021, the average duration of artificial delays of vessels going from the Black Sea to the Ukrainian ports on the Sea of Azov, Mariupol and Berdiansk, by the RF was 20.9 hours, in March 2021 - 14,3 hours, in February 2021 – 21,2 hours, in January - 54 hours. In April 2021, vessels carrying exports from Mariupol and Berdiansk were delayed at the exit from the Sea of Azov by the Russian Federation for an average of 70 hours, in March 2021 - 41,8 hours, in February 2021 – 54,1 hours, in January - 44,5 hours.
