At least 26 PKK militants killed in southeastern Turkey

At least 26 PKK militants were killed in ongoing security operations in the south-eastern province of Hakkari.

In a statement released on Monday, Hakkari governor's office said that military operations against the organization in the region were under way.

Two soldiers were killed and seven others were wounded on Sunday in a clash with PKK militants in the south-eastern province of Hakkari.
