Tourism in Bulgaria marks good results despite the crisis

During a discussion in Sofia on the quality and sustainable development of tourism it was announced that, despite the crisis, tourism in Bulgaria achieves good results and a growth both in the number of visits to this country and of revenues.

Tourism-related activities provide employment to 11.8 percent of working force in Bulgaria, experts from the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism inform. In 2011 the sector has formulated 12.9 percent of GDP in Bulgaria.
