Representatives of 28 foreign countries are to attend international investment forum in Sochi

Delegations from 28 foreign countries and 60 regions of the Russian Federation confirmed their participation in Sochi investment forum, held in this resort city from 20 to 23 September, 2012, Alexander Tkachev, the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory said in an interview with Interfax.

He also specified that 11 heads of diplomatic missions of Europe and Asia. will be among the participants of the forum and that the government delegations of Abkhazia, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, France, and South Ossetia are expected as well.

He added also that Kuban traditionally is ready to offer the ambitious number of proposals. This year the Krasnodar Territory will present approximately 1,800 investment proposals - virtually in all the sectors of the regional economy - from agriculture and agricultural processing, development of new industrial enterprises to infrastructure projects.
