Ukraine and Romania signed an agreement on cooperation in customs
Chairmen of the customs agencies of Ukraine and Romania signed a declaration on cooperation in the field of customs.
The document signed by the head office Igor Kaletnik and chairman of the National Customs Authority of Romania Dorel Fronte.
As was reported by the UNN, trade turnover between Ukraine and Romania for 8 months of 2012 already amounted to about U.S. $ 1 billion.
«Customs border crossed almost 800,000 vehicles and 2 million tons of cargo. So we need to seriously work on the development of infrastructure of checkpoints. EU programs in this area have a substantial progress, technical issues have been agreed,» - said the Chairman of the State Customs Service Igor Kaletnik.
