Russian Ministry of Emergencies warns of tornado formation in the Black Sea on September 24.

In the Black Sea areas Inal-Shepsi, Magri-Veselaya emergencies may happen due to tornadoes, press service of Russia's EMERCOM on the Krasnodar Krai reports.

Vessels may suffer from foul weather. If safety measures aren’t taken, fatal incidents may happen.
