Cars are the first in the top ten Georgian export commodities
For the period from January to August 2012 cars hold the first place in the top ten export commodities: US$369 million, or 24% of the total exports.
Ferrous alloys come second with $179 million, or 12% of total exports, Gruzstat reports.
Nitrogen fertilizers are third again with $91 million, or 6% of total exports.
Total Georgian foreign trade turnover in January-August 2012 was $6,649 million, which is 16% more than in the same period last year.
