Feodosiyan monuments will be a part of the UNESCO List of World Heritage Sites

On September 28 - 30 Feodosiya will host the UNESCO International Conference, which, among other things, will consider the possibility of inclusion of city monuments to the List of World Heritage Sites.

According to the press service of the City Council, Feodosiya is a part of the international project «Trading posts and forts at Genoese trade routes from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea». This is result of the Ukrainian delegation visit to Genoa on September 14.

Based on the results of the meeting, the parties have also agreed to engage international experts for the definition of monuments, which will be included to the UNESCO List of World Heritage Sites, and to form a working group, which will prepare the nomination file.
