Forbes Romania magazine will continue as normal
Following reports in the local media suggesting that Forbes Romania is to close, an official statement confirming that the relationship with Adevarul Holding is over, but that the magazine will continue as an independent company has been released.
«The existing company, Adevarul, has now been terminated but the Forbes business and editorial teams have now moved over to a new company and the publication, Forbes Romania, is continuing as normal,» said Charlotte Cornwell of Brown Lloyd James, the PR firm representing Forbes.
The statement suggests that Romania’s richest man Dinu Patriciu is indeed selling Adevarul Holding, as well as confirming that it will no longer be involved with Forbes Romania.
