Ukraine spent for elections more than Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany taken together

Ukrainian parties’ expenses for the election campaign before the elections to the Verkhovna Rada have reached 225 million USD. This information has been announced by Polish newspaper «Dziennik. Gazeta Prawna».

«Just to compare: in Poland – 32 million USD, Czech Republic – 42 million USD, and Germany – 80 million USD», - the newspaper cites the Polish Radio.

According to «Kommersant-Ukraine», experts measure the «Ukraine – Forward!» party campaign costs only for $150-200 million.

According to Artem Bidnenko, Chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association, «Our Ukraine» has spent a quite low amount – approximately 20-30 million UAH ($2.5-3.7 million).

Taking into consideration expert evaluations, the support of one voter has cost approximately $15 for this political party.
