Tuapse port has hosted the 3300 horsepower automated highly maneuverable towboat, manufactured by the Dutch «Damen Shipyards» for the OJSC «Tuapse Sea Commercial Port».

According to the press service of the company, the vessel has been called «Samson».

This towboat is intended for piloting and mooring of large-capacity vessels and carrying out of fire-prevention, ecological, and rescue operations.

«Samson» has become the sixth vessel of the stevedoring company.
