All crucial life support facilities in Sochi will be equipped with diesel-electric engines
Conducting the meeting of the operational staff, working on the preparation for the autumn and winter period, Sochi Mayor Anatoliy Pakhomov demanded to equip all crucial life support facilities with diesel-electric engines.
«The city power supply system is still the weakest part of the Sochi communal services. They always have emergency shutdowns at substations and electric wire breaks. We can say that some of the issues, related to reliable power supply to the resort, have not been resolved by now», – the City Hall’s press service cites Anatoliy Pakhomov.
