Russia to grant Transnistria 3 billion rubles in 2013
Sergey Gavrilov, a coordinator for the parliamentary cooperation group of Russia for Transnistria, said that the breakaway republic will receive some 3 billion rubles in 2013.
The sum will be spent on socio-humanitarian projects, agriculture, car and railway transportation.
Russia does not recognize Transnistria as an independent state, but provides it with economic aid.
