Krasnodar to open a hot line for aggrieved tourists

From November 8 till 16 two hot lines (phone numbers 267-34-91 and 267-34-93) will be opened in Krasnodar to cover the most pressing topics of the population.

During the hot line conversation on “Protection of consumers of tourism services” the experts will help to clarify the issues of compensation for damages, appearing subject to cancellation or delay of flights, compensation for spoiled recreation, and will also teach Krasnodar citizens how to draw up a complaint to tour operators properly.

People, calling the hot line “Protection of consumers of public services”, will get an explanation from representatives of the Federal service on customers' rights protection and human well-being surveillance how to get back their money from the charged payment for heating in case it has not been provided, will help to clarify the issues of public space payments, etc.
