In Sevastopol prosecutor prevented «shadow privatization» of 10 million

Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine upheld the decision of the Commercial Court to invalidate the contract between «Sevastopol Sea Commercial Port» and private enterprise «Krasotel Development». This UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor's Office in Sevastopol.

Under the terms of this agreement, the reconstruction of the passenger terminal building worth more than 1 million, private enterprise has received ownership of 90% of the strategic unit, as well as getting a land area of ​​more than 1 hectare and cost more than 9 million.
