Floating crane for "Nibulon" is being built in Romania

Laying of the keel of floating crane for Mykolaiv company "Nibulon" took place at the SNC shipyard in Constanta, Romania.

The crane is built according to POSS-901 design by Mykolaiv design company "Torola Design Group."

The vessel will be the most productive floating crane in Ukraine. It will be used all year round on inland waterways, in the Azov Sea and in the 20-mile coastal zone of the Black Sea for loading and unloading operations with the crane’s lifting power up to 45 tonnes in grab mode and up to 60 tons in hook mode.

Completion of construction is scheduled for March 25, 2013.
