Poll on attitude of Bulgarians towards Macedonia’s EU membership bid

Bulgaria should support Macedonia’s EU bid only if Skopje stopped with its anti-Bulgarian propaganda, 44% of polled Bulgarians say.

These are mostly people aged 30-39 with higher education. 18% say Bulgaria should not support Macedonia’s membership at all but this is the opinion mainly of supporters of far-right parties. 8% of the polled say Bulgaria must firmly support Macedonia on its EU path.
