Sofia holds National Forum on Innovations

Sofia plays host to the Eighth National Forum entitled «Innovations and Competitiveness».

Upon opening the event President Rossen Plevneliev said it was important that Bulgaria catches up with infrastructure development, as it was important for the business. The Head of State pointed out that the country was putting through a large-scale programme and that the state has a long-term vision on infrastructure. The future belongs to those economies that are based on knowledge, innovations and entrepreneurship, the President concluded.
