5% increase in number of passengers flying to and from Bulgarian Black Sea airports
Some 3.6 million passengers used the Bulgarian Black Sea airports in Varna and Burgas in 2012, which stands for an increase of 5% year on year, the airport operator Fraport Twin Star Management has announced.
The total amount of money invested in these airports in the last 6 years amounts to EUR 125 million. New terminals are being constructed on both airports at present to the sum of EUR 75 million. They will be completed by the beginning of the new summer tourist season.
