Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee expects to receive more than US$ 250 million from selling tickets for the Olympics, Yuga reports.

This statement came from the Committee’s President Mr. Dmitry Chernyshenko. He noted that the tickets’ cost was calculated based on the market capabilities. The cheapest ticket for the Sochi Olympics will cost 500 RUB, and the Games’ opening ceremony will be accessible for 6 thousand RUB.
