Elitsa and Stundji to represent Bulgaria again at Eurovision

The Bulgarian National TV used internal selection to pick up Elitsa Todorova and Stoyan Ynakoulov-Stundji, who will represent again this country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013.

The decision was mainly influenced by the fact that the duo had been the most successful one so far that had already won the trust of the fans back in 2006. A special poll, held among the contest’s fans abroad showed that a dynamic song with ethno elements was the most preferred style, with its most important elements being the melody, choreography and the vocals. The two semi-finals and the big final of Eurovision 2013 will take place on May 14, 16 and 18 in Malmo, Sweden. Bulgaria will compete in the second semi-final.
