Turkey to sign oil agreement with Shell

On February 14th Turkish oil and gas company TPAO will sign an agreement with Shell. The agreement will regulate prospecting of oil deposits in Black Sea.

The companies are going to develop one oil deposit jointly. The regulations may be then used for other deposits.
