Dozens of Romanian coast hotels are for sale

Despite the fact that the summer of 2012 was acknowledged as the best one over the last 5 years by the tourism industry of Romania, dozens of coastal hotels, mini hotels, and hostels are for sale.

Some of them are for the sale for the first time, while others are for re-sale.

According to the owners, the list of reasons includes high taxes and rise in the utility costs.
