Russia awaits Georgian list of enterprises willing to see inspectors
The Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare will receive the list of Georgian companies willing to be inspected, as stated by Levan Davitashvili, head of the Georgian National Wine Agency.
The list includes about 60 wine manufacturers and a company producing mineral water. Inspectors of the federal service will soon visit Georgia.
Russian Chief Sanitary Inspector Gennady Onishchenko said that he had not received a response from Georgia about the terms of shipments of Georgian wine and mineral water to Russia. His visit to Tbilisi planned for February 11 had been postponed. Three groups of inspectors will visit Georgia.
