Defense Ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan sign a memorandum of understanding

On February 18, 2013 Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel General Safar Abiyev visited Ankara at the invitation of Turkish National Defense Minister Ismet Yilmaz.

As the Defense Ministry told Trend, during the meeting the sides fruitfully discussed the intergovernmental military issues and signed the memorandum of understanding.
