Cecilia Malmström to visit Georgia for visa talks

On February 24, 2013, European Commissioner Cecilia Malmström will visit Georgia and bring an action plan for visa liberalization issues, Democracy & Freedom Watch reports.

Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze on February 19, 2013 met with the National Movement members in parliament and said that European Commissioner for Home Affairs will visit Georgia on February 24.

She noted that the visit of Cecilia Malmström had been postponed several times. This was related to internal issues of the EU.
