Gas field found near Istanbul

Merty Energy has found a gas field at a depth of 450-500m in the Silivri District of Istanbul, Trend reports.

Gas extraction at the Cayirlik-1 Field will start in 2-3 months. The field contains several billions of cubic meters of gas. Exact volumes will be calculated later.
