Russia improves residence rules for migrants

Russia has formed special groups to inform compatriots living abroad about the state program for housing and its opportunities.

Until recently, the only structures engaged in the process were the Federal Migration Service, Foreign Ministry, Federal Agency for the CIS and other state structures.
