Ukraine plans to re-privatize Kerch ferry

In 2013, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) intends to again put up for sale the state shipping company «Kerch ferry crossing», Center of journalist researches reports.

Currently, the state-owned enterprise is managed by Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure. In the first half of 2012, the company reported net income of UAH 24,295 million and a net profit of UAH 3,272 million. In November 2010 SPF had already announced its intention to privatize «Kerch ferry».
