Ukrainian government will allocate more than 12 mln UAH for repairing of the North Crimean Canal

In 2013, Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers plans to allocate more than 12 mln UAH to repair the North Crimean Canal.

This was announced by the first deputy chairman of Ukraine’s State Water Resources Agency Mr. Mikhail Yatsyuk. In 2012 the Law of Ukraine «On the Development of Water Resources and Environmental Rehabilitation of the Dnepr Basin for the period up to 2021» was adopted, which provides funds for the development of waterways, such as the North-Crimean canal.
