Bulgarian troops on Afghanistan missions met in town of Kazanlak

The 13th company which took part in the military operation within the ISAF mission for protection of the inner zone of the Kandahar airport in Afghanistan was met at an official ceremony in the town of Kazanlak (Central South Bulgaria).

In his welcoming speech the Bulgarian Minister of Defence Todor Tagarev stressed on the high appraisals the Bulgarian military men received by the commanders of the mission, by the coalition forces and the allies for the 10 year service in this military operation. He reminded that military contingents are also taking part in the peace missions in Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other international military operations.
