Sochi sanatorium (health hotel) after Ordzhonikidze to be transformed into a four-star hotel

“Black Sea Resort Plaza” Company intends to reconstruct the former sanatorium (health hotel) after Ordzhonikidze.

Being closed since October 2010, the sanatorium is scheduled for opening at the beginning of 2017. After the reconstruction it will be transformed into a “four or five star” category hotel complex with medicinal facilities.

Total volume of investments is approximately 7.5 billion rubles.

To implement this project, the company will use both own and borrowed funds.
