EU and Georgia to sign preliminary agreement on associate membership in November
The European Union and Georgia are going sign a preliminary agreement on the country's associate membership in the body during the summit of the Eastern Partnership in Vilnius scheduled for November 28-29, Georgian minister for European and North-Atlantic integration Alexi Petriashvili says.
«This will be an important step in our political and economic cooperation with the European Union,» the minister says.
