Industrial production and construction in Bulgaria register growth on 2012

According to preliminary data from the National Statistical Institute, in February the industrial production index in Bulgaria has shrunk by 2% compared to January. However, compared to February 2012 it has gone up by 5.1%.

In February 2013 construction works register a growth of 7.9% on the same month of the previous year. Turnover in retail trade, however, continues to decrease – by 0.9% on January this year and by 3.3% on January last year.
