Price of Bulgarian properties goes down

The market prices of the Bulgarian properties during the first quarter of 2013 have dropped by 0.9% as compared to the last trimester of 2012 and by 1.9% as compared to the same period last year.

The decline was registered in 22 district towns in Bulgaria. The average market price of the Bulgarian homes during the first quarter of 2013 amount to EUR 435 per square meter. The highest prices were marked in the capital city Sofia-EUR 715 per square meter.
