573 beaches to be opened in the Crimea, and the majority of them will be free – Ministry of Resorts and Tourism

573 beaches will be opened in the Crimea by the resort season, and 341 of them will be free.

Such information was announced by the Crimean Minister of Resorts and Tourism Alexander Liyev at the session of the Council of Ministers on April 23. According to the Minister, there were 333 free of charge beaches last year and only 70 – two years ago.

468 rescuers have undergone training by now and 150 beaches have been already inspected; repair and maintenance works are currently conducted at 27 coast-protecting objects.
