7.4 million lev to be invested into parks of the former Bulgarian capital
7.4 million lev will be invested into repair works at 7 parks of the Tsarevets city, the former Bulgarian capital.
According to the Mayor Daniel Panov, this financing has become possible thanks to the operating program called «Regional development».
The largest amount – approximately 1.5 million lev – has been allocated for the design of the park recreation zone and specialized routes at the «Sveta Gora» hill. The park’s Ferris wheel will also be renovated afterwards.
European money will be also used for arrangement of new parks at Cholakovci and Buzludzha districts, and Nikola Gabrovo Park will be renovated, Standart informs.
