Black Sea region countries’ border guards discuss the prevention of delinquencies in Romania

On May 14-16 Constanta hosts the meeting of the working group of the Black Sea region countries’ border guard agencies with the following subject: «Development of the general prevention for early detection of illegal activities».

Foreign delegations consist of representatives of Turkey, Georgia, Russia, and Bulgaria. The Romanian delegation is headed by the Deputy Manager of the marine coast guard agencies, chief police officer and commissioner Leontin Cezar.

This meeting continues the work of the team of experts, who have already discussed the topic of «Development of risk prevention in the Black Sea», and the activities, conducted by the Romanian border police experts in 2012.
