Sochi in TOP-10 most attractive Russian cities

The rating of attractiveness has been made by the Ministry of Regional Development, Russian Union of Engineers, Rosstroy, Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, and Moscow State University.

First ranks have been given to the cities, being the in the lead in the majority of the rated fields (excluding the housing affordability index): Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, and Rostov-on-Don.

The list of leaders also includes cities with development advantages: Vladivostok, Krasnodar, Sochi, and Kaliningrad, investment attractive cities: Tomsk, Omsk, Surgut, Tyumen, Irkutsk, Yaroslavl, and Saratov, and cities with high construction rates: Podolsk, Khimki, Balashikha, and Mytishchi.

The study was conducted in 2012-2013 in 164 cities of the country, Max Portal informs.
