«Krasnaya Polyana» shares bought for $20 million

«Russneft» President Mikhail Gutseriyev has purchased 42% of «Krasnaya Polyana» shares from the ex-Chairman of the Board of «North Caucasus resorts» Ahmed Bilalov for $20 million.

Such information has been announced by Gutseriyev himself.

The media had informed earlier that Gutseriyev bought this holding of stock for the benefit of Sberbank. Gutseriyev has denied this version and announced that «it has nothing to do with the «Russneft» debt to Sberbank». Sberbank representatives have also noted that Gutseriyev had gone shares not for the benefit of the bank and acts as an independent investor.

«Krasnaya Polyana» is building the mountain skiing complex «Mountain Carousel» in Sochi. Project costs exceed 70 billion rubles, and 52 billion of them are a line of credit from Vnesheconombank, Live Kuban informs.
