Bulgarian Government prepares stabilization social package
BNR informs that the new government is preparing a stabilizing social package to be put to the vote on the cabinet’s sitting, on June 5.
The measures of the Oresharski cabinet envisage expanding the circle of social aid for covering energy bills, increasing the aid for families having first grade students and increasing maternity allowances for raising a child in the 1-2 age bracket. Experts of the social and financial ministries are still calculating the cost of the package. The cabinet considers options for ensuring temporary employment through the instruments of the Human Resource Operational Programme.
