Bulgaria among 12 EU countries with positive growth

In latest figures from the European statistics office Eurostat, the Bulgarian economy grew by 0.1% from the second trimester of 2012 till the first three months of this year.

On an annual basis, the Bulgarian GDP has grown by 0.4% since the beginning of 2013 and by 0.6% over the last trimester of 2012. In this way, at the beginning of 2013, Bulgaria was among the 12 EU countries with positive economic growth judging from figures available at Eurostat.
