Aviation watching has been organized in Krasnodar Krai and Rostov region to monitor the fire risks.

In the framework of the collaboration program, two Mi-8 and Ka-32 helicopters from the Ministry of Emergencies are on duty in Rostov and Sochi, and one Mi-8 from the Southern Military District supervises the situation in Korenovsk city of Krasnodar Krai, Yuga reports.

Aviation of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs provides two Mi-8 to Krasnodar, and one Ka-32 is provided to Gelendzhik by the 2nd joint detachment of the Federal Security Service. According to the press service of the Southern Regional Center at the Russian Ministry of Emergencies, a Mi-26 helicopter from the Ministry of Industry and Trade is also on duty in Rostov.
