Bulgarian government starts preparations for EU Presidency in 2018
The Bulgarian government has discussed the preparation of Bulgaria for the EU Presidency in 2018.
This preparation may seem early, but is in fact behind time, because it will cost big money. The announcement was made by the Bulgarian Premier Plamen Oresharski following the sitting of the cabinet. The cabinet needs to make a financial plan and put this money into the budget of the next programming period. The Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Zinaida Zlatanova and the Bulgarian Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin will be in charge of the preparation, said Premier Oresharski.
