Crimean astronomer discovered a comet
Employee of the Crimean Station of Sternberg Astronomical Institute at Moscow State University Gennadiy Borisov has discovered a new comet, which fact has been confirmed by Japanese, British, Italian, and American astronomers.
This is the first comet, discovered from the territory of independent Ukraine.
The new comet has been designated as C/2013 N4 (BORISOV).
