Sea Breeze 2013: active phase completed
Tuesday, July 19. ODESA – Navy mariners of Ukrainian-U.S. exercises Sea Breeze 2013 completed active phase, which were focused on working out the operations and non-combatant evacuation operations at sea with the next play of episodes by subordinate forces and resources in certain areas and ranges.
The participants of the Ukrainian-U.S exercises Sea Breeze 2013 worked out prevention of the radioactive material transfer by terrorists, performed amphibious training tasks and fulfilled tactical actions in the field.
The aviation component forces completed tasks related to reconnaissance, presentation of surface situation, direction and support of ships, air defense, as well as troops transporting to landing area.
