Minister: Turkey willing to buy whole Iraqi oil
Turkey is ready to buy the whole Iraqi oil, which this country supplies to world markets, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said, Sabah newspaper reported on Wednesday.
According to him, it is known that the Kirkuk-Yumurtalik oil pipeline operates in one-third of its capacity, which is detrimental to the economic interests of Iraq.
The minister also added that the defective work of Kirkuk-Yumurtalik pipeline leads to unnecessary costs from profits received from oil sales, and Turkey is ready to solve problems on the pipeline.
