● President Poroshenko signed the laws on lifting the moratorium on the sale of the assets to repay the debts to "Naftogaz", on electronic petitions, on increase of the rent for the land. A law on granting the subsidies was vetoed - according to the President Administration, it violates the rights of some of the citizens to receive a targeted assistance.
● An advisor to the Head of the SSU said that deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Lanyo, who is suspected of involvement in Mukachevo shooting, left the territory of the country.
● A former employee of the General Prosecutor’s Office, in respect of whom the corruption case is being investigated, posted an increased bail and was released under the recognizance not to leave.
● The Bloomberg agency reported on the approval by the leadership of the IMF of allocation of the next tranche of the stabilization loan for Ukraine after the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of the agreed laws and appearence of some progress in the negotiations with the international creditors club. The final decision on the tranche allocation is to be adopted at the meeting of the IMF Board of Directors on July 31.
● To replenish the reserves of the NBU, the loan agreements were signed with Japan for $ 300 million and the World Bank for $ 500 million .
● The official hryvnia exchange rate is still remaining relatively stable: 22.07 UAH/USD (+0.05 UAH), 24.15 UAH/EUR (-0,07 UAH), 3.80 UAH/RUR 10 (-0.04 UAH) .

● In the area of Mariupol the militants shot down the OSCE drone. During the night, the militants shellings dramatically increased again along all the fighting line. Over the past two days, according to the updated data, three Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the fighting zone.
● The OSCE special monitoring mission is unable to confirm the withdrawal of the militants weapons from the fighting line. Ukraine offered the OSCE to conduct the withdrawal verification. Deputy Chief of the Mission Hug informed about the restrictions of the mission activities due to the damage to the OSCE and the Red Cross vehicles during the "rally" on July 23. He called the rally an organized provocation, which the local authorities did not stop.
● The General Staff said that they do not plan the seventh wave of mobilization so far, but it is possible in the case of escalation of the situation in the Donbass.
● Starting from this fall, the United States will start training the Ukrainian soldiers. At the Yavoriv training ground in the Lviv region, the joint exercises with the participation of the US military continue.
● At the training ground in the Mykolaiv region two mobilized soldiers were killed this week .
Ukraine and the World
● The Russian representative in the UN Security Council Churkin claimed that on July 27 he is not going to vote for the resolution on the establishment of the international tribunal to investigate the MH-17 flight aircraft accident. This will become an obstacle to the adoption of the resolution, since the decisions are adopted by consensus. The alternative resolution proposed by the Russian Federation, contains the condemnation of the terrorist attack without creation of the special court.
● Russian President Putin demanded from President Poroshenko immediate withdrawal of the Ukrainian army from Shyrokino.
● The French MPs, who call for the lifting of sanctions against Russia, visited the Crimea. The head of the mission claimed about absence of the problems in the region for the indigenous population - the Crimean Tatars.
● Ukraine asks the Belarusian government to consider the option of supplying of the natural gas through its territory from the Lithuanian LNG-Terminal. However, the issue will be very difficult to settle, as the Belarusian gas transportation network belongs to "Gazprom".
● President Poroshenko discussed with US Vice President Biden the possibility of creating a buffer zone in the Donbass.

● Despite the direct prohibition for the Communist Party to participate in the elections, its leader Symonenko said that the party will surely take part in the electoral process.
● Experts believe that the transition to the 4G communication standard may take only a few months. For that, the state should unite and redistribute different frequency bands, owned by operators. The high band frequencies should be exempt from the current owners, who received them as a result of fraud and paying almost nothing to the budget, and sold at the public auction.
